This morning the Holy Spirit revealed something to me. My husband was kissing me bye and I was not totally receptive to the affection. Its early I have not gotten ready and not feeling pretty or even clean enough to be that close to anyone. After I got all ready and teeth brushed he was then gone I missed a great chance for intimacy with Him.
Sometimes that is how we are with God!! He wants to draw us near despite how messy and stinky we are!! He does not mind!! He knows we might be smelly and not together but He wants to lavish His affection on us anyway no matter how undeserving we feel!!
